After starting as part of the Church family worship our children move to age appropriate groups. Normally the kids progress to K4C from crèche when they start school but this is flexible.
In an informal environment the sessions include bible exploration, prayer as well as other fun & games. Recent teaching themes have included; David, The Armour of God, Joseph, Fruit of the Spirit and The Lord's Prayer.
There is also provision for all young people of Primary School Age and younger on Sundays during the holidays to enjoy play, craftwork and teaching.

The Upstairs Group meets every Sunday morning during the second half of the church service and caters for young people from P7 to S4 stage.
We run a Bible-based teaching programme that is fun, lively and tailored to the age group. Through our teaching we hope to increase knowledge of the Bible but the emphasis is on (i) the need for salvation and a personal relationship with Jesus and (ii) the basics of Christian discipleship including things like obedience, prayer, Bible study, witness, etc..
In addition to Sunday mornings, The Upstairs Group also runs a social activity once a month. Things like cycle rides, ten pin bowling, crazy golf, canoeing, treasure hunts, cinema, pantomime, water fights; etc..
It is a great privilege for us to have so many lovely young people in Drymen Church. God has blessed us greatly and we are enormously thankful.
